ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข แคมเปญ Try & Buy เครื่องอบผ้า Bosch ปี 2025 

By submitting this application form, you hereby agree that you have read and understood to be bound by the following terms and conditions:- 

โดยการยื่นและส่งแบบฟอร์มการสมัครนี้ ท่านตกลงและยอมรับว่าได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และยินยอมผูกพันตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้ทุกประการ:- 

 

1. Eligibility (คุณสมบัติผู้เข้าร่วมรายการ) 

a. The 30-days trial of Bosch Dryer (“Dryer”) campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by BSH Home Appliances Limited (“Organiser”). This Campaign is open to all Thai citizens aged twenty (20) years old and above at the time of entry with valid identification documents to be provided when requested by the Organiser.  

แคมเปญทดลองใช้เครื่องอบผ้า Bosch  30 วัน จัดโดย บริษัท บีเอสเอช โฮม แอ็พพลายแอนซ์ จำกัด แคมเปญนี้เปิดให้เฉพาะบุคคลสัญชาติไทยที่มีอายุครบยี่สิบ (20) ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป ณ วันที่สมัคร และต้องสามารถแสดงเอกสารแสดงตนที่ถูกต้องเมื่อผู้จัดร้องขอ 

 

b. You shall fill in and complete all require information and/or documents stated in any application form/forms/return form/documents, where applicable for this Campaign. You can submit the form(s) to our email @sirisak.khunprasert@bshg.com or to any of the Organiser’s stores stated below.  

ท่านต้องกรอกข้อมูลและ/หรือจัดเตรียมเอกสารให้ครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง ตามที่ระบุไว้ในแบบฟอร์มการสมัคร แบบฟอร์มคืนสินค้า และ/หรือเอกสารใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแคมเปญนี้ (แล้วแต่กรณี) โดยสามารถส่งเอกสารได้ทางอีเมล sirisak.khunprasert@bshg.com หรือส่ง ณ ร้านค้าของผู้จัดที่ระบุไว้ด้านล่าง 

 

c. You shall pay a 50% deposit for the Dryer under this Campaign. The deposit is refundable.  

ท่านต้องชำระเงินมัดจำในอัตราร้อยละห้าสิบ (50%) ของราคาจำหน่ายเครื่องอบผ้าภายใต้แคมเปญนี้ ซึ่งเงินมัดจำดังกล่าวสามารถขอคืนได้ตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด 

 

d. Any incomplete forms/documents and/or inaccurate information/documents provided by you shall be rejected and void by the Organiser at its sole and absolute discretion; 

แบบฟอร์มและ/หรือเอกสารที่ไม่ครบถ้วน ไม่ถูกต้อง หรือข้อมูลที่ไม่เป็นความจริง ผู้จัดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธและถือเป็นโมฆะตามดุลพินิจของผู้จัดแต่เพียงผู้เดียว 

 

2. Campaign Period (ระยะเวลาแคมเปญ) 

The Campaign period will commence from 1 January 2026 to 28 February 2026 (both dates inclusive). Entry received after 28 February 2026 will not be accepted.  

แคมเปญนี้มีระยะเวลาตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2569 ถึงวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 (รวมทั้งสองวันการสมัครที่ได้รับหลังวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569จะไม่ได้รับการพิจารณา 

 

3. Trial Period of the Bosch Dryer (ระยะเวลาการทดลองใช้เครื่องอบผ้า Bosch) 

a. You may select any of model of the Dryer as selected by the Organiser. You could  only choose one (1) unit of the Dryer per household from the following Organiser’s Bosch home appliances stores listed below:  

  • Bosch Experience Centre,  Ital Thai tower @ Ital Thai Tower; 

  • Bosch Brand Store @ Central Rama 9   

  • Bosch Brand Store @ Central Westgate  

  • Bosch Brand Store @ Jas Green Pravet  

  • Bosch Living studio @ Parc Bangna  

  • Bosch Brand Store @ Rayong  

  • Bosch Brand Store @ Phuket  

ท่านสามารถเลือกเครื่องอบผ้ารุ่นใดรุ่นหนึ่งตามที่ผู้จัดกำหนด โดยสามารถเลือกได้เพียงหนึ่ง (1) เครื่องต่อหนึ่งครัวเรือน  

จากร้านเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า Bosch ของผู้จัดตามรายการดังต่อไปนี้: 

  • Bosch Brand Store @ อาคารอิตัลไทย ทาวเวอร์ 

  • Bosch Brand Store @ เซ็นทรัล พระราม 9 

  • Bosch Brand Store @ เซ็นทรัล เวสต์เกต 

  • Bosch Brand Store @ แจส กรีน ประเวศ 

  • Bosch Living Studio @ พาร์ค บางนา 

  • Bosch Brand Store @ ระยอง 

  • Bosch Brand Store @ ภูเก็ต 

 

b. The free trial period of the Dryer is valid for 30-days (“Trial Period”) from the date the Organiser delivers the Dryer to you.  

ระยะเวลาการทดลองใช้เครื่องอบผ้าฟรีมีระยะเวลา 30 วัน ("ระยะเวลาทดลองใช้") นับตั้งแต่วันที่ผู้จัดจัดส่งเครื่องอบผ้าให้แก่ท่าน 

 

c. Title to the Dryer remains with the Organiser at all times during the Trial Period until full payment of the Dryer by you. You shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Dryer upon delivery. The Organiser reserves the right to repossess the Dryer at any time upon the expiry of the Trial Period or in the event of misuse or non-compliance with these terms and conditions.  

กรรมสิทธิ์ในเครื่องอบผ้ายังคงเป็นของผู้จัดตลอดระยะเวลาทดลองใช้จนกว่าท่านจะชำระราคาสินค้าครบถ้วน ท่านเป็นผู้รับความเสี่ยงทั้งหมดเกี่ยวกับการสูญหายหรือความเสียหายของเครื่องอบผ้านับตั้งแต่วันที่ส่งมอบ ผู้จัดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเรียกคืนเครื่องอบผ้าเมื่อสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาทดลองใช้ หรือในกรณีที่มีการใช้งานไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้ 

 

4. Payment and Deposit (การชำระเงินและเงินมัดจำ) 

a. To participate in this Campaign, you can select any model of the Dryer and pay a 50% deposit. Delivery and dismantling charges of the Dryer is included, please call our call centre for further inquiries.  

เพื่อเข้าร่วมแคมเปญนี้ ท่านสามารถเลือกเครื่องอบผ้ารุ่นใดก็ได้ตามที่กำหนด และชำระเงินมัดจำร้อยละห้าสิบ (50%) ทั้งนี้ ค่าจัดส่งและค่าถอดถอนเครื่องอบผ้ารวมอยู่ในแคมเปญ กรุณาติดต่อศูนย์บริการลูกค้าของผู้จัดเพื่อสอบถามรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม 

b. If you are satisfied with the use of the Dryer, you shall pay the remaining 50% of the price of the Dryer to the Organiser within three (3) days after the expiry of the Trial Period.  

หากท่านพึงพอใจกับการใช้งานเครื่องอบผ้า ท่านต้องชำระเงินส่วนที่เหลืออีกร้อยละห้าสิบ (50%) ให้แก่ผู้จัดภายในสาม (3) วันนับแต่วันสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาทดลองใช้ 

c. If you do not wish to purchase the Dryer, you shall return the Dryer to us upon the expiry of the Trial Period. We will process your refund within 30 working days thereafter. The deposit will be deducted accordingly if you damage the Dryer (wear and tear excepted).   

หากท่านไม่ประสงค์จะซื้อเครื่องอบผ้า ท่านต้องส่งคืนเครื่องอบผ้าให้แก่ผู้จัดเมื่อสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาทดลองใช้ ผู้จัดจะดำเนินการคืนเงินมัดจำภายในสามสิบ (30) วันทำการนับจากวันที่ได้รับคืน โดยผู้จัดมีสิทธิ์หักเงินมัดจำตามความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นกับเครื่องอบผ้า (ไม่รวมการเสื่อมสภาพจากการใช้งานตามปกติ) 

 

 5.      Delivery and Installation of the Bosch Dryer (การจัดส่งและการติดตั้งเครื่องอบผ้า Bosch) 

a. The Organiser will provide free installation of the Dryer, excluding complex plumbing or electrical work, cabinetry modifications, structural changes, non-standard locations, appliance disposal, and additional accessories.  

ผู้จัดจะให้บริการติดตั้งเครื่องอบผ้าโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย ทั้งนี้ ไม่รวมถึงงานระบบน้ำหรือไฟฟ้าที่ซับซ้อน การดัดแปลงตู้หรือโครงสร้าง สถานที่ติดตั้งที่ไม่เป็นมาตรฐาน การกำจัดเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าเดิม และอุปกรณ์เสริมเพิ่มเติม 

 

b. Transportation for delivery of the Dryer is included. The Organiser and/or their appointed authorised representative(s) may request you to present your identity card for verification prior to the installation of the Dryer. If you refuse to do so, the Organiser and/or their appointed authorised representative(s) may decline to install the Dryer without any liability to you.  

ค่าขนส่งในการจัดส่งเครื่องอบผ้ารวมอยู่ในแคมเปญ ผู้จัดและ/หรือตัวแทนที่ได้รับมอบหมายอาจขอให้ท่านแสดงบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนเพื่อการตรวจสอบก่อนการติดตั้ง หากท่านปฏิเสธ ผู้จัดและ/หรือตัวแทนมีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการติดตั้งโดยไม่ต้องรับผิดใด ๆ ต่อท่าน 

 

c. You shall make available at your sole costs the necessary piping, water access and connection for the installation and use of the Dryer, if applicable. 

ท่านต้องจัดเตรียมท่อ ระบบน้ำ แหล่งจ่ายน้ำ และการเชื่อมต่อที่จำเป็นสำหรับการติดตั้งและการใช้งานเครื่องอบผ้า (หากมี) ด้วยค่าใช้จ่ายของท่านเอง 

 

d. If you require the Organiser to provide additional delivery, installation and/or dismantling services, additional charges will apply. Please call our call centre for further inquiries, if applicable.  

หากท่านประสงค์ให้ผู้จัดจัดบริการเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการจัดส่ง การติดตั้ง และ/หรือการถอดถอน จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม กรุณาติดต่อศูนย์บริการลูกค้าของผู้จัดเพื่อสอบถามรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม 

 

6. Post Trial and Return (หลังสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาทดลองใช้และการคืนสินค้า) 

a. At the end of the Trial Period, you must immediately return the Dryer to the Organiser in a good and saleable conditions (i.e. functioning and free from signs of physical damage, wear and tear excepted) along with all original parts and accessories. All packaging materials and warranty card must also be returned.  If you require the Organiser to arrange for the collection and dismantling services, additional charges will apply. Please call our call centre for further inquiries. 

เมื่อสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาทดลองใช้ ท่านต้องส่งคืนเครื่องอบผ้าให้แก่ผู้จัดโดยทันทีในสภาพที่ดีและสามารถจำหน่ายได้ (หมายถึง ใช้งานได้ตามปกติและไม่มีร่องรอยความเสียหายทางกายภาพ ทั้งนี้ ไม่รวมการเสือมสภาพจากการใช้งานตามปกติ) พร้อมอุปกรณ์และชิ้นส่วนเดิมทั้งหมด รวมถึงบรรจุภัณฑ์และบัตรรับประกัน หากท่านประสงค์ให้ผู้จัดจัดบริการรับคืนและถอดถอน จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม กรุณาติดต่อศูนย์บริการลูกค้าเพื่อสอบถามรายละเอียด  

 

b. For return of the Dryer, please contact us at Line App @boschhomethailand  to schedule an appointment. No transportation charges will be charged for collection.  If you miss or reschedule the appointment for the collection of the Dyrer, additional charges will apply. Please call our call centre for further inquiries.  

สำหรับการคืนเครื่องอบผ้า กรุณาติดต่อผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน Line @boschhomethailand เพื่อทำการนัดหมาย โดยจะไม่มีการเรียกเก็บค่าขนส่งสำหรับการรับคืน ทั้งนี้ หากท่านพลาดการนัดหมายหรือขอเลื่อนการนัดหมายรับคืนเครื่องอบผ้า จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม กรุณาติดต่อศูนย์บริการลูกค้าเพื่อสอบถามรายละเอียด 

 

c. If you refuse or delay returning the Dryer to us for any reason whatsoever, the Organiser will forfeit the deposit you paid, and you shall be liable to pay for the full price of the Dryer and other damages and losses incurred and/or to be incurred by the Organiser.  

หากท่านปฏิเสธหรือชะลอการคืนเครื่องอบผ้าไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดก็ตาม ผู้จัดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ริบเงินมัดจำที่ท่านได้ชำระไว้ และท่านจะต้องรับผิดชอบชำระราคาสินค้าเต็มจำนวน รวมถึงค่าเสียหายและความสูญเสียอื่นใดที่ผู้จัดได้เกิดขึ้นหรืออาจเกิดขึ้น 

 

7. The Dryer shall only be used for household environment and domestic purpose only.  The Dryer shall not be used for any commercial, rental or for-profit generation purpose, and does not cover multiple-user organisation or for commercial use in housing areas. You shall use the in accordance with the Dryer’s user manuals/guides and subject to the standard warranty terms and conditions.  

เครื่องอบผ้าต้องใช้สำหรับที่อยู่อาศัยและการใช้งานภายในครัวเรือนเท่านั้น ห้ามใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการค้า การให้เช่า หรือการแสวงหากำไร และไม่ครอบคลุมการใช้งานแบบหลายผู้ใช้หรือเชิงพาณิชย์ในพื้นที่ที่อยู่อาศัย ท่านต้องใช้งานตามคู่มือการใช้งานและอยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขการรับประกันมาตรฐานของสินค้า 

8. You shall be solely responsible for the safe handling, proper maintenance and usage of the Dryer at all times, and shall not remove, dismantle, transfer, sell and/or otherwise dispose of the Dryer or any parts thereof from the original place of installation or to any third party. 

ท่านต้องรับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียวในการดูแลรักษา การใช้งาน และความปลอดภัยของเครื่องอบผ้าตลอดระยะเวลา และห้ามถอด ย้าย โอน ขาย หรือจำหน่ายเครื่องอบผ้าหรือส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งออกจากสถานที่ติดตั้งเดิม หรือให้แก่บุคคลภายนอก 

 

9. You agree to provide and complete any feedback/survey/information forms on your experiences in using the Dryer during the Trial Period and after the post-Trial Period of the Dryer.  

ท่านตกลงให้ความร่วมมือในการให้ข้อมูล ข้อคิดเห็น และ/หรือกรอกแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับประสบการณ์การใช้งานเครื่องอบผ้าระหว่างระยะเวลาทดลองใช้และหลังสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาทดลองใช้ 

 

10. All images and artwork used for the Campaign are for illustration purposes only. 

รูปภาพและสื่อโฆษณาทั้งหมดที่ใช้ในแคมเปญนี้ใช้เพื่อประกอบการโฆษณาเท่านั้น 

 

11. Other Terms and Conditions (ข้อกำหนดอื่น ๆ) 

a. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred or to be incurred to participate in this Campaign shall be solely your responsibility.  

ค่าใช้จ่ายด้านการเดินทาง ที่พัก ค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนบุคคล และ/หรือค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นใดที่เกิดขึ้นจากการเข้าร่วมแคมเปญนี้  

เป็นความรับผิดชอบของท่านแต่เพียงผู้เดียว 

 

b. You shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, personal injury, loss and damage, claim or accidents, death resulting from this Campaign and/or utilization of the Dryer, and agrees to release and hold the Organiser free and harmless of any liability whatsoever directly and/or indirectly incurred or to be incurred in connection with this Campaign. 

ท่านตกลงรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหาย อุบัติเหตุ การบาดเจ็บ การสูญเสีย การเรียกร้อง หรือการเสียชีวิตที่เกิดขึ้นจากการเข้าร่วมแคมเปญนี้และ/หรือการใช้งานเครื่องอบผ้า และตกลงปลดเปลื้องผู้จัดจากความรับผิดใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้นที่เกิดขึ้นโดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อม 

c. By participating in this Campaign, you hereby agree to provide your personal information and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use your name, video content and/or picture (if any) for the purpose of publicity, advertising and/or trade without compensation or further notice and you have no right to make any claim for such use, if applicable.  

โดยการเข้าร่วมแคมเปญนี้ ท่านยินยอมให้ผู้จัดใช้ เผยแพร่ ชื่อ ภาพ วิดีโอ และ/หรือเนื้อหาใด ๆ ของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการประชาสัมพันธ์ การโฆษณา และ/หรือการค้า โดยไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าตอบแทนหรือแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และท่านไม่มีสิทธิเรียกร้องใด ๆ จากการใช้งานดังกล่าว (หากมี) 

 

d. By participating in this Campaign, you hereby agree to provide personal data and/or information to the Organiser or verification, contact, products delivery and/or services. You understand and agree that the Organiser may collect, use and/or disclose your personal data and/or information provided for promotional and marketing activities via email, push notification and/or SMS, administration, feedback, surveys, market research, delivery & installation of products by the Organiser’s service providers or independent contractors, maintenance tips for products, individualised services, culinary events purpose and/or disclose to the Organiser's related corporations in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562 (2019), including any of its amendments. You further agrees to BSH's terms and conditions set out at https://www.bosch-home.in.th/en/metapages/privacy for more information, please visit website at https://www.bosch-home.in.th/en/.  

 

You may withdraw your consent to provide personal data and/or information at any time by notice in writing to BSH data protection officer(s) at sgr_v_dpo@bshg.com. 

 

โดยการเข้าร่วมแคมเปญนี้ ท่านยินยอมให้ผู้จัดเก็บ ใช้ และ/หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการตรวจสอบ ติดต่อ จัดส่งสินค้า และ/หรือให้บริการ รวมถึงกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายและการตลาด การบริหารจัดการ การรับข้อเสนอแนะ แบบสอบถาม การวิจัยตลาด การจัดส่งและติดตั้งสินค้าโดยผู้ให้บริการหรือตัวแทนอิสระของผู้จัด การให้คำแนะนำการบำรุงรักษาสินค้า บริการเฉพาะบุคคล และ/หรือกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ และอาจเปิดเผยแก่บริษัทในเครือของผู้จัดตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม โดยท่านสามารถศึกษารายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ https://www.bosch-home.in.th/en/metapages/privacy และเว็บไซต์ https://www.bosch-home.in.th/en/

e. The Organiser reserve its rights to amend, vary, modify, change, suspend, cancel, extend, remove or delete any terms and conditions of this Campaign at any time without prior notice and any dispute arising out of this Campaign, the decision made by the Organiser shall be final and binding onto the parties of the dispute. The Organiser shall not be held liable to compensate and/or indemnify you in any manner whatsoever in connection with this Campaign directly and/or indirectly. 

จัดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง ระงับ ยกเลิก ขยาย เพิ่ม หรือลบข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขใด ๆ ของแคมเปญนี้ได้ตลอดเวลาโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และคำตัดสินของผู้จัดถือเป็นที่สุดและผูกพันคู่กรณีทุกฝ่าย ผู้จัดไม่ต้องรับผิดในการชดเชยหรือชดใช้ค่าเสียหายใด ๆ อันเกิดจากแคมเปญนี้ไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม 

 

f. Both the English and Thai versions of these terms and conditions shall have equal effect, and in the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English and Thai versions, the English version shall prevail. These terms and conditions and any related disputed are subject to applicable laws of Thailand.  

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทยมีผลใช้บังคับเท่าเทียมกัน หากมีความแตกต่างหรือไม่สอดคล้องกัน ให้ยึดฉบับภาษาอังกฤษเป็นหลัก ทั้งนี้ ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับแห่งกฎหมายไทย
